- BE/Btech or MBA/BBA (HR)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT/ Non IT Recruitment .
- Must know how to research the company and analyze the requirement.
- Candidate with company research experience will be preferreds
- Good in English communication

- To organize work placements and support candidates in the work placement process.
- To do the background check
- To research the company
- Assist in Effort Estimationn
- Coordinate with Support Executive
- Willing to undertake training where appropriate
